The design intends to find the balance between a private residential high rise and its public realm by dividing the land use into the 2 main zones. A series of pocket spaces are introduced within the residential compound, breaking away the monotonous facility floor, while the public realm at ground floor opens up to the public for social engagement and community activities which is always part of the client’s CSR programme.
