Located in an industrial area of Kapar, the building mainly consists of office, laboratories, warehouse and production areas. A central courtyard is introduced between office and production area to give a breadth of green outdoor space in a typical industrial zone, which also serve to create a microclimate within the facility. The overall design intended to create a conducive working environment in an industrial context.
