A demolition and rebuild of an existing bungalow for a small family with growing needs. This design adopted a simple yet functional L-shaped layout with all rooms overlooking the focal point of the house: an open terrace and garden area. The open kitchen facing the garden has become the favourite spot in the house. A raw and natural material selection like stone, brick wall, and timber for finishes, gives the accents of modern rustic to this house.
