Cheng Residence

Overlooking the vast green Ayer Hitam Forest, the house is planned and designed with the advantage of the forest view and its neighbouring greenery. Passive cooling approach is designed with a series of air vents, carefully planned window locations for cross ventilation and as well as a reflective pond for evaporative cooling effect. Natural daylight is also being designed and drawn into the house to reduce the dependence on artificial lighting during daytime.
