The purpose-built facility is intended on the 45 acres land area which forms part of the client’s overall business masterplan. The project mainly is to house a Research & Development Office, 4 blocks of hostels and 4 clusters of manufacturing plants. Automation features have been incorporated in the project as part of the client’s aim to embrace Industrial Revolution 4.0.
